Returns & Size Exchange

Our customers are our top-notch priority and providing them with the perfect fit is what we look forward to. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return/exchange it to us.
Here is our no question asked Return/Size Exchange policy:
  1. Easy returns/size exchange for all domestic orders.
  2. Please make all valid return/size exchange requests within 3 days of receiving the product by submitting your request here.
  3. The following orders are not eligible for return/size exchange:
    • Customized orders
    • International orders
    • Orders placed using store credits issued in the form of discount coupon
    • Orders placed using store credits of previous returns
    • Orders placed during sale/for discounted products.
  4. Products purchased during "Black Friday SALE" will not be eligible for Return / Exchange.
  5. No reverse pickup fee and second time shipping fee will be applicable in standard cases.
  6. The item should be in its original, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition as it will go through a quality check once received by us. In case the product fails the quality check, the shipping charges for sending the product back will be in the customer’s scope (INR 90/half kg).
  7. All valid refunds will be issued in the form of store credits only.
  8. Exchange request can be raised on the above link only in case of size exchange of the same product.
  9. A particular order will be eligible for return/size exchange only once.
  10. Minor damage like tassels being pulled off etc. might happen during transit and are not covered under return policy.
  11. There might be a minor (10%-12%) color difference between the actual product and the pictures shown due to the difference in screen resolution. Please do not request the return of the products on this ground.
  12. If a customer’s postal code falls under the non-serviceable area for reverse shipment:
    • Customer can self-ship the product within 2 days of raising the request on website at the address given below.
    • Customer must share the courier receipt with us within 2 days on WhatsApp/Email or else request will be deemed cancelled.
    • A courier refund of a maximum up to INR 150/- would be given in the form of store credits.
    • Issuance of store credits is subject to the submission of a valid courier receipt by the customer.
  13. In case Reverse Pick up is arranged by us:
    • A maximum of 3 attempts will be made by the courier partner to pick up the products.
    • If the attempts are not addressed by the customer, the return/size exchange request will be cancelled.
    • For arranging reverse pick up again, charges will be applicable INR 150/half kg.
  14. We, The Plus Size Store by Meera Creations, reserve the exclusive right to reject a return/exchange request based on the terms & conditions specified above.
