Payment & Security
- For your convenience, we accept all payment methods in domestic orders: UPI, Debit/Credit card, Net Banking, EMI, Wallet, Pay Later and Cash on Delivery.

- Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders and for international customers pre-paid orders are accepted.

Shipping & Delivery
- It usually takes 7-8 working days to dispatch an order and shipping time for Domestic orders is 5-9 days whereas for International orders is 7-15 days.

Returns & Refund Policy
- We have a 3 Days No Question Asked Return/Exchange policy, wherein orders placed during Sale or on Discount, International orders and customised orders, are not eligible for any Return/Exchange.

- Alteration is something which we discourage as it fails to give the look & fit you expect. Instead we recommend placing a customized order with your measurements, and we'll handcraft it to your exact preferences.

- Yes, we offer customisation for measurements, interchange of fabrics of our existing designs, and basic design alterations in sleeves or necklines. You can specify your preferences for each of these aspects.
- Yes, you can customize various design details such as neckline, sleeve length, embellishments, and more. Please discuss your preferences with our design team by clicking here.
- Select your preferred product and click on Customised > Click on Add to Cart > Add your measurements in the “Add Customisation Note” section before the checkout.
- Click on Checkout and fill in the required details ( Phone Number & Address ).
- You will be directed to the final payment page where your selected product & size will be visible with the amount you need to pay.

- On completion of payment or placing the order, you will receive a confirmation Email.
- We offer customization free of cost in general. However, some particular measurements might incur an extra charge.
